The Pocono Mountain School District (School District) appeals from the June 8, 1999 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County (trial court) that granted an injunction on behalf of Kathleen Flynn-Scarcella (Scarcella) prohibiting the School District from excluding her son, Tyler Flynn-Corbin (Tyler), from participating in the School Districts June 11, 1999 graduation ceremony. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
